Mary has been volunteering at Verbum Dei since 2015 and is delighted to be working with the Mission Advancement team full time as an Associate. Having worked in the Corporate Work Study Program at Christ the King in Chicago, she came prepared with knowledge of the Cristo Rey Network and loves to see the schools in action. "Having worked on the CWSP and now Mission Advancement side of a Network school I can really see how much the two separate departments need to work together and often act as one for the betterment of the school and young men. Once having learned about the mission of CRN I wanted to learn more and be involved as much as possible, working here at Verbum Dei has been full circle for me and I couldn't be more thrilled!"
Outside of Verbum Dei, Mary loves to be outdoors as much as possible either in the mountains or the beach, or even just gardening in the backyard. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends whenever there is free time.
